Volunteer
Over 100 individuals are needed to pull off the Oak Tree Half Marathon and 5K. There are jobs for individuals and groups before the race, during the race, and after the race. Get in touch if you’d like to help this year!

Race Day
7 water stations need staffing from 5-20 people
25 road marshals are needed with various shift lengths between 7:45 and 11:15
10 registration / packet pickup
Food tent - preparing and serving
Course setup crew: three teams of two (w/ pickup truck) from 6am-8am to drop mile markers, water, etc. on the course
Course cleanup crew: three teams of two (w/ pickup truck) from 8:30 - 1:00 for various shifts to cleanup the race
Other
Race committee: help plan and organize the event
